1. Exchange Policy
- 7-Day Window: We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of purchase.
- Eligibility: Products can be exchanged for a different size, color, or any other article of equal value.
- Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Availability: All exchanges are subject to product stock availability.
- Replacement Charges: If the product received is defective, or contains the wrong size/article, we will gladly provide replacements with a flat Rs. 250 shipping fee.
2. Refund Policy
- 7-Day Window: We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
- Applicability: Refunds are only applicable if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, with all product tags and packaging completely intact.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Shipping & Return Address
